Requires consent settings read permission. Reports unresolved statement/version references from account shards without deleting evidence. Current progress and the last complete pass are durable; inspect last_completed after DR. Samples are bounded and samples_truncated indicates that unresolved exceeds the sample list. A version under another statement or tenant is unresolved. The endpoint does not start repairs.
